The website and forums are now back online. The website has a slightly different look (not too drastic a change) and some new features have been added. Some of the changes include:

Response design of the website and forums that works on laptop, tablet or hand held devices.

The forums look quite different from the old version, but much of the functionality remains the same

The old forums have been archived and are available in read only format.

An Events tab on the main website that links to a Calendar of Events.

Other features will be added in the coming days and weeks.

From December 21-24 the VicLUG website and forums will be undergoing some changes and updates. During this time, the forums will be frozen and will be unavailable for posting and viewing. The main website will continue to be available for viewing, however posting will not be available and there will periods when it will be offline for maintenance.

Everything should be back online for the VicLUG community by December 25th!

Our June Business Meeting will be held June 21st. Who knows, we might be able to do something else between now and then !

We’re still in the at home lego stage…but since we’ve all been home so long, there should be some AWESOME things out there. I know I’ve built some new stuff 🙂

We will update when we next have in person meetings- for now, the club is having online meetings, drop us a line if you are an AFOL and want in 🙂

As per the Capital City Comic Con page, C4 has been postponed due to Covid 19. Putting this up so that it gets as wide Victoria press as possible…

Also, BrickCan is Postponed…

I know, you probably don’t JUST get your lego news from here ! However, we will be at Sidney in the Scouts Hall 16 & 17 Feb, with our club member & 1/2 of the Canadian CLP program, Robin Sather of Brickville Design Works 🙂 In other news, there is a lego TV show running on Fox !

Cherry Bomb Toy Show runs October 19th and 20th @ Pearkes. VICLUG will have a display there, feel free to check out any new MOC’s we manage to put together for it. Immediately following (Monday, 21st Oct, 7 PM) we have a public meeting at Bart’s pub downtown.
