Feast your eyes on things that drive, swoosh, loop and sweep, and enjoy a stroll through your favourite Victoria neighbourhoods… in LEGO!

VicLUG had a great time at the Victoria Train Show. A fairly steady flow of people all day took our very kinetic display of LEGO MOCs and trains.
VicLUG’s next public event will be at the Victoria Model Train Show on September 25, from 10:00am to 4:00pm at the Mary Winspear Centre in Sidney. This is a great event for the kids, featuring model trains of all sizes and of course, our LEGO trains will be on display!

This weekend, May 14-15, 2022, VicLUG will have a display at Cherry Bomb Toys’ Ultimate Toy Fair. Our display theme is Big MOCs and Water World. Come on down and meet some of VicLUG members and take a look at the builds
The fair is located at Pearkes Area, 3100 Tillicum Rd, and runs from 9:00am-3:00pm each day. Tickets are $5/day online, or cash at the door.

Its been a fun weekend at the Sidney Museum for the Family Day Long Weekend. But all good things must come to an end: Last Day Today! Please come out to Sidney and visit us. If you can’t, here is a quick peak at the display.
Sidney Museum (Sidney Family Day – Sidney Museum) has invited VicLUG to set up an in-person display in the museum on the Family Day Long Weekend, February 19-21, 2022, from 10:00am-4:00pm each day. Entry into the museum for this event must be booked in advance, so please visit the museum website to book your spot.
VicLUG is very excited to be putting on a live event again and members have been busy finishing up new builds and MOCs to display.

The website and forums are now back online. The website has a slightly different look (not too drastic a change) and some new features have been added. Some of the changes include:
Response design of the website and forums that works on laptop, tablet or hand held devices.
The forums look quite different from the old version, but much of the functionality remains the same
The old forums have been archived and are available in read only format.
An Events tab on the main website that links to a Calendar of Events.
Other features will be added in the coming days and weeks.
